Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping all across India. We have a flat rate of $20 USD for worldwide shipping under $100 USD order value and free shipping above $100 USD order value. You get automated email updates as the status of package progresses from dispatch to delivery.

 DISPATCH

We ship all orders within 4-5 business days after receiving the payment. If for any reasons you need to change the shipping method, address etc. please contact us within one day after you purchase the item.

 SHIPPING METHOD

We use a bunch of services for shipping based on the volume and the most reliable service for the destination country. Currently, we use FedEx to deliver your orders. You will get timely e-mail updates as the status of your shipment progresses all the way from dispatch to delivery. We request you to keep an eye on e-mails received from DesiCrafts for these updates.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SHIPPING
We use DHL for all priority shipping requests. Priority starts at $30 USD. You must provide your phone number in order to use DHL. Special 4 business days priority shipping to USA is available on demand. Please contact us for such priority shipping requests. 

MISSED DELIVERY
For international orders, please make sure that you either leave an acknowledgement letter to deliver the package at your door-steps or somebody is available at the delivery address to receive the package. In case you miss the delivery of your product or it is sent back to us for some reason, we may request you to pay for the re-shipping of the package.
 

PACKAGING
We ship all our products in secured cover (bubble wrap/paper/box etc) and we take the utmost care so your new product is safe. 

 

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

For international orders, We declare the original value of the product on customs forms. The buyer is responsible to bear the duties for the purchase they make. 

 

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
